Brand New and Pet Friendly - come visit our tiny house park above the clouds in downtown Leadville. House has first floor sleeping for 2 and loft sleeping for 2 as well (sleeps 4 total). House has a full bathroom and kitchenette. Kitchenette has an induction cooktop, coffee pot, toaster, mini fridge and is fully stocked with dishes, pans, utensils etc. Walk out your door and see stunning views of Mount Elbert & Mount Massive. Walk half a block and you are on Harrison Ave, the main street of Leadville.

Our first experience in a tiny home was great! Had everything for our basic needs. Was very clean. The shower was very unique! Was a great location close to downtown! It snowed a foot, and the snow removal team was prompt and polite!We would stay there again!

We enjoyed our stay at the Martin Tiny House. Very cute. Unique experience. We would prefer warmer blankets and keeping the heat down lower. We were quite cold at night. Dish towels and an extra rug would have been nice as well.
