Brand New and Pet Friendly - come visit our tiny house park above the clouds in downtown Leadville. House has first floor sleeping for 2 and loft sleeping for 2 as well (sleeps 4 total). House has a full bathroom and kitchenette. Kitchenette has an induction cooktop, coffee pot, toaster, mini fridge and is fully stocked with dishes, pans, utensils etc. Walk out your door and see stunning views of Mount Elbert & Mount Massive. Walk half a block and you are on Harrison Ave, the main street of Leadville.

Never stayed in a tiny house before. This was perfect for my visit to Leadville for a Fat Tire Festival. It was February and very cold, but the little house stayed plenty warm. Interior was clean and cozy. Was cool to see how space was utilized to the max. All the basic amenities I needed were there: bathroom/shower, kitchenette & cooking, TV, Sleeping loft, sleeping room, and pull out couch if needed. Pub across the street and walking distance to downtown Leadville for shopping and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.

Fun place for couple of ski days!

First time staying in a Tiny House! It was a fun extra experience for our short ski trip. Tiny House team was quick to answer my questions and help me when I need to make a date change. The info they sent ahead of time was great - everything we needed. Even brought us some extra blankets super fast. Who needs a boring hotel room when you can have a. fun place to go to?
