Staying in a Tiny House was a great experience and we might do so again. The home was clean, tidy, and well decorated, and…well “tiny.” That said, it would have been helpful if instructions on the use of the mini-split cooler/heater and the two burner hot plate would have been available. In addition, the bathroom door on the barn type slides needs to have stop bumpers and a door latch as it tends to slide open. Finally, I hope that the owners of the park continue to work on the landscaping just to make the overall experience better. Reservations, payment, etc. was easy and fast. Thank you for a good experience.

I hope to rent again. Love Leadville and the tiny homes. A couple things: yesterday, the maintenance man started building a deck on the home next to Baby Doe at 7 am. I understand he probably wanted to beat the heat, but being on vacay and waking up to that was disappointing. This morning, a maintenance man started hammering underneath a home at 6 am this morning. Needless to say, I couldn't fall back asleep.

Our stay in the Baby Doe was a perfect addition to our weeklong run away for fun in Colorado. Unit was in excellent condition, immaculately cleaned, very good host with easy check in / check out communications. What a fun treat!

This was a 3rd visit to Leadville. I will be back to stay at THIS location again. I used my Verizon WiFi Mobile Hotspot to light up the Roku TV and enjoy a movie. Make a reservation at Treeline Kitchen and tell Jude that Paul sent you.

most incredible time in Leadville, tiny houses are cool,and confortible.Great view of the Rockies.
We didn't know what to expect staying in a "Tiny House". But when you get down to it, there's more space than a regular motel room, plus you get a full kitchen and loft! It was beyond cozy, and we had just as much fun hanging out in Baby Doe as we did walking around Leadville, and Leadville is adorable too. Stay here! You'll be glad you did!
