Tiny House - Pelican

Thank you Tiny House Siesta for a unique Spring Break experience! I had the honor of chaperoning a swim team while staying in Pelican. The team stayed in multiple houses. Darren and Mina, the management team, were helpful and responsive to all our needs. The 7 houses we stayed in accommodated us easily and it was nice to have a refrigerator/freezer, coffee maker, microwave, and access to both charcoal and gas grills. The outdoor patios were private and cute with a table and umbrella separated by fences; it was nice to have that space. The set up of the houses are creative, cute, and unique- it's an adventure, and if you're up for traveling tiny, this is the space for you. All 7 of our homes were very clean! A recommendation is for more outdoor lighting at the end of the Tiny Houses near Pelican, Pina Colada, and the house on the very end near the trash bins. The main outdoor lounge area is fun for groups with plenty of picnic tables, bar space, grill utensils, corn hole, Adirondack chairs, and outdoor showers. There is also a washer/dryer in the Sea Turtle house which was helpful. Some of the beds could use new mattresses, but overall this set up is a win, and a very short drive or a 15 minute walk to Beach Access 12, Captain Curt's, The Daiquiri Deck, and lots of fun in Siesta Key. Also within walking distance is an ice cream shop and multiple restaurants. Publix is a short drive for a grocery run. Thank you for having us, Tiny House Siesta. We look forward to coming back.

Loved the tiny home , Quiet area near so many beaches. Very Clean to bad we hit a bad red tide moment. We still had a blast swimming with dolphins , feeding flamingoes , Going fishing on a boat in the ocean caught a shark . My daughter now wants to live in a tiny house. If I don't have two fur babies at home I would love to as well it's all the amenities of a home non if the excess , A minimalists dream home , So easy to clean and keep clean . Loved it so much we shall be back

We had a blast staying at the tiny house, it had everything we needed. I wish it was a bit closer to the beach was the only down fall we could find. Even though the beach is close due to traffic it can take an extremely long time to get there, and over an hour waiting on the frogger transportation. I can't wait to go back.

Awesome experience! I'm 6' 4” and was a little questionable at first, however it was a nice cozy perfect fit. Centrally located for siesta beach & longboat key, along with any other activities you'd like. Highly recommend!

Ever since learning about this place through Instagram, I'd been dying to stay at one of these the Tiny Houses! The tiny house I stayed in with my bf was one of the smaller ones, but it was roomier than I thought it would be. The entire experience was wicked cool, and it confirmed for me that I'd love to have my own tiny house someday. I'd definitely come back and stay at the other tiny houses with more friends. I only wish I could've stayed longer!

Amazing location 1 mile to Cresent Beach and only feet away from many restuarants and shops. Just enough space and better than a hotel as you have your own private outside area. My dogs loved it too!

Me and my girlfriend had a great time here. I am an exceptionally tall guy and i fit pretty much everywhere (except the shower lol) which was such a great relief for me. 10 out of 10 would come back.

Ac in loft was not strong enough. But next time I want a room on first floor. Loved the location will be back with a group in summer. Please send summer rates.

Loved it! So nice clean! Darrin was nice and friendly and gave us towels. So happy with our experience! :)

I'm so in love with the little homes and cannot wait to come back again soon!! Planning on renting one every few months. It was so clean and close to the beach
